Yes. The structured workflow supports accepting, rejecting and countering an offer, with the permitted response options shown to the other party. Check the latest status and amount before responding; an older offer may have expired or been superseded.

No. Private shipper-carrier price-negotiation chat is not part of the marketplace model. Use the structured Custom Offer and Counter-Offer controls. Operational communication after a confirmed booking must follow the current platform rules.

The server enforces the configured price floor, which can depend on the load quote or administrator settings. Enter a permitted amount and review the breakdown shown. Do not try to bypass the check through OCR, another account or an off-platform payment request.

No. Offer acceptance, assignment, invoice/payment status and carrier payout are separate records. Read the booking confirmation and the payment information displayed for the job. Do not use an offer-status label as proof of a bank transfer.

Another eligible action may already have changed the load, or the offer/load may no longer be open. Refresh the details and check the current status. Do not create a duplicate assignment or rely on an old notification as confirmation that the load is still available.

Active-job limits and assignment checks depend on the current configuration and your account/vehicle eligibility. Do not assume a fleet account removes those checks. Resolve the displayed limit or contact support instead of accepting work you cannot safely complete.

Use the contact information and communication options released by the confirmed booking workflow. Pre-booking contact and off-platform arrangements are subject to the current Logistics terms. Do not use the assistant to obtain another user’s private contact details.

Open the owning shipment’s offer/detail view. The web dashboard may show recent offer previews, while the full history remains on the existing shipment detail page. In Android, open a shipment to view its structured carrier offers and the permitted response controls.

After satisfying the current eligibility checks, open Available Loads on the web or Loads in Android. Use the filters offered for route, search or vehicle category and inspect each load’s details. Empty results can mean no matching open loads or an unresolved eligibility condition.

Use the structured offer controls for the load, choose the eligible vehicle where required, enter the amount and permitted note, and review before sending. The backend checks eligibility, load availability and the configured price floor. Sending an offer does not itself confirm a booking.
