SECTION 4: PRODUCT CARE & POLICIES

1. DTF Transfers & Gang Sheets: Color Discrepancies: On-screen colors (RGB) can differ from physical printed colors (CMYK) due to device displays, film characteristics, ink curing temperatures, and textile textures. Exact color matching requires a premium proofing process where available.* Gang Sheet Layouts: The customer is entirely responsible for reviewing the arrangement, sizing, alignment, resolution, and spacing of artwork within a custom gang sheet layout before submitting it. Printuvi is not liable for user-generated layout or scaling errors.* Application & Equipment Risk: Where Printuvi supplies raw transfers directly to a customer for self-application, the customer is fully responsible for utilizing a commercial-grade heat press and adhering strictly to the temperature, pressure, dwell time, and peeling instructions provided. Printuvi is not responsible for transfer failures caused by unsuitable application equipment or improper technique.

2. Laser Engraving: Natural Material Variance: Variable organic substrates, including natural wood and leather, inherently differ in grain, core density, natural coloration, and surface response. Engraving results will naturally vary between individual pieces, and uniformity cannot be guaranteed.* Metal & Coated Finishes: Fibre-laser results depend heavily on raw metal composition, chemical coatings, and surface conditioning. UV-laser results vary by substrate and top-coat thickness.* Prohibited Hazardous Materials: Printuvi strictly refuses to process unknown, unstable, or hazardous materials prohibited by our equipment manufacturers, or those known to generate toxic fumes or cause equipment damage upon thermal contact.

3. Care Guidelines: To ensure optimal longevity of printed and engraved products, users must strictly adhere to the following rules:* Do not alter, wash, scratch, or process a garment or item until the recommended post-production curing window has completely passed.* Always wash printed textiles inside out in accordance with provided instructions, avoiding excessive heat, aggressive detergents, bleach, or harsh industrial tumble-drying cycles.* Never iron directly over a printed or heat-transferred graphic zone unless explicitly permitted by product packaging instructions.

SECTION 5: DELIVERY & SHIPPING:

1. Production vs. Delivery Time: Production time (the period required to manufacture your custom goods) and delivery time (the transit timeframe via our third-party logistics network) are entirely separate. Orders will be dispatched following final quality inspection control, subject to the receipt of full payment or cleared invoicing.

2. Shipping Address & Delivery Issues:

The customer is responsible for providing a completely accurate, functional delivery address. If an incorrect or incomplete address results in a failed delivery, parcel return, or necessary re-routing, the customer will be billed for all additional courier recovery and re-dispatch fees.

3. Delays & Events Outside Our Control: All delivery dates provided are good-faith estimates unless a guaranteed logistics option has been expressly purchased and confirmed. Printuvi is not liable for operational delays caused by courier disruptions or unexpected events outside our reasonable control, including major equipment failure, utility grid interruptions, supplier shortages, fire, flooding, labor strikes, or cyber incidents.

4. International Shipments & Customs: For international orders, the customer serves as the importer of record and is solely responsible for clearing and paying all local customs charges, import taxes, administrative broker fees, and statutory duties levied at the destination border.## 5. Damaged ParcelsIf a package arrives with visible external damage, customers should photograph the outer transit packaging prior to opening, document the condition of the inner products, and notify [email protected] immediately to facilitate courier claims.
