Helpdesk and common technical problems

Check whether the lesson is the web or Android edition, its release version and your account role. Feature flags, permissions and updates can change what appears. Follow the current on-screen controls and report a mismatch rather than forcing an action shown for another role.

Check the account role, ownership, required profile/consent/compliance steps, current job state, feature availability and installed version. A disabled control can be an intentional restriction. Report the exact screen/status to support; do not try another user’s account or a direct API workaround.

Use the official update route shown by Printuvi and confirm the installed app version afterwards. If the store link is missing or unavailable, contact support or use the authorised web platform. Do not rely on a tutorial to bypass the minimum-version check.

Record the page/screen name, role, exact error, browser or app version, orientation and whether large text or the keyboard was active. Remove private information from any screenshot. Retry the official page once and contact support if it persists.

Use the appearance controls offered by your interface. The web portal retains its colour selection; the reviewed Android source offers White, Original dark and Ocean/navy. If a colour choice makes text unreadable, report the screen and selected theme.

Use the Help & AI Assistant or support/contact route provided in your account and request human follow-up. State the issue and a safe reference. Human review is needed for approvals, suspensions, disputes, refunds, payout decisions and unresolved privacy matters.

Use the appropriate emergency assistance first and move to safety where possible. Do not rely on the AI helpdesk for emergency response or urgent driving decisions. Contact operational support afterwards when it is safe to do so.

No. Tutorial fixtures are clearly marked demonstration materials for a private test environment. They are not genuine identity, driving, vehicle or insurance evidence and must not pass real vetting. Create your own account with accurate information and submit genuine documents through the authorised workflow.

Describe one issue, your role, whether you are using the web or Android, and the relevant safe booking/document reference. Include the exact error message and app version where useful. Keep passwords, card details and identity-document images out of chat.

It should match your issue and platform to an available reviewed lesson, and provide a working article or video link. Written guidance remains useful when a recording is not ready. A planned lesson ID or an unproduced video must not be presented as something you can watch.
