No. The current assistant provides guidance and can route issues for human follow-up. It cannot approve compliance documents, accept offers, change prices, transfer funds, decide disputes or bypass account permissions. Complete authorised actions in the actual platform controls.

Do not assume so. The reviewed shipment mapping preserves a verified address only while the selected address still matches. Select and confirm the correct lookup result again if you change the location details.

Enter at least three characters, try the correct address or Eircode, and inspect the available results. Confirm your network connection and retry once. If lookup remains unavailable or the correct address is missing, contact support; do not substitute a different address just to pass validation.

Typing an address is different from selecting and resolving a result through the configured address service. When verified-address mode is required, select the correct result for collection and delivery. OCR text or a manually typed reference cannot replace that verification step.

Yes. Review the suggestions and edit the supported fields before saving/submitting. Check names, dates, cargo amounts and addresses carefully. A successful scan is not evidence that every field is accurate or that the document has passed a compliance review.

Check the correct role and screen, installed app/plugin version, scanner readiness message and network connection. The administrator must configure the necessary providers and settings. Contact support with the visible message; do not send API keys or a sensitive document in ordinary chat.

The scanner sends document content through the configured OCR/AI processing flow described on the screen. Read the current notice before choosing whether to proceed. Use only a document you are authorised to submit and avoid irrelevant sensitive information.

OCR suggests supported form information for you to review. It does not grant account authority, verify an address, choose an approved vehicle, approve documents, set an accepted price or publish a shipment. The reviewed load mapper ignores authority and pricing fields from OCR suggestions.

The reviewed scanner accepts PDF, JPG and PNG documents, including supported photographs, with a ten-megabyte limit stated by the web scanner. Use a clear relevant document, read the processing notice and review the suggested fields. Uploading a file does not submit the shipment by itself.

Use the scanner action on the relevant registration or shipment screen. In the reviewed Android shipment dashboard it is above Create shipment, and Create Shipment also exposes document scanning. The web load form includes the document scanner. Visibility and readiness depend on the installed version and configuration.
