Read the exact displayed status: draft, awaiting approval, open/published, accepted, in transit, delivered, completed and cancelled indicate different stages. A label alone does not prove payment, payout, insurer acceptance or dispute resolution. Open the shipment/job details for the related records.

The web shipper dashboard includes marketplace-preference and recurring-load utilities, subject to settings and permissions. The Android source candidate adds All tools → Advanced account and business tools to open the full Logistics workspace in an in-app browser. Sign in to the same Printuvi account if prompted. These advanced tools are web interfaces reached from the app, not newly implemented native forms. Runtime browser integration still needs device testing.

Editing is available only in permitted states and for an authorised account. Use the existing Edit action when shown and review the saved result. An accepted or running job may require support or another authorised change process; do not assume every field remains freely editable.

Not necessarily. Submission and publication/approval are separate workflow states. Check the status on the owning shipper dashboard. A pending approval, rejected, draft or cancelled load is not the same as an open load available to eligible carriers.

Explain relevant access restrictions, loading/unloading arrangements, fragile goods, site instructions and other conditions the carrier needs to assess. Do not include passwords, payment-card data or unnecessary personal information. Resolve any essential requirement through the permitted booking workflow before committing.

Enter the actual units requested by the form; the reviewed Android weight field uses kilograms. Use realistic quantities and accurate measurements. If the cargo is unusual or its dimensions affect loading, disclose that information in the appropriate details and handling fields.

Use the date fields for the requested pickup and delivery dates, and any time fields offered by that interface. The reviewed Android shipment form uses YYYY-MM-DD dates. Check the saved values before submitting and report a date-picker or formatting error rather than placing dates in unrelated fields.

Prepare verified collection and delivery addresses, requested dates, goods description, weight, pallet or package details, vehicle requirement and special handling/access information. Fill every required field and review the information before submission. Do not rely on a short title to communicate important handling constraints.

On the web, use the shipper dashboard Create shipment or Post a load action. In the reviewed Android source, Home and Shipments show an outlined Scan transport order action above Create shipment. Use the account that owns the shipment.

Complete the required company profile and registration steps, including the current terms/consent requirements. The web dashboard may direct you to complete the profile first. Enter accurate business and billing information so shipment, offer and invoice records refer to the correct account.
