How do I save my van category and match the shipper choices?

In the updated driver Account vehicle form, select the actual van category from the shared list before saving the vehicle. The same category keys and labels are supplied to the shipper shipment form. The browser demo also lets you save a sample van category and uses the same list for its shipper form. A type selection is not verification of a real vehicle and does not guarantee suitability, payload, refrigeration capability or approval to accept a particular load.

Which van categories can drivers and shippers choose?

The platform uses one shared N1 van catalogue for driver vehicles and shipper vehicle requirements: Small / Car-Derived Van; Short Wheelbase (SWB) Panel Van; Medium Wheelbase (MWB) / Standard Van; Long Wheelbase (LWB) Van; Extra Long Wheelbase (XLWB) Van; High-Roof Panel Van; LWB High-Roof Panel Van; XLWB High-Roof Panel Van; Luton / Box Van; Luton / Box Van with Tail Lift; Refrigerated / Chilled Van; Curtain-Side Van; Dropside / Flatbed Light Commercial; Other Specialist N1 Van (manual review). Shippers also have Any Suitable N1 Cargo Van; that option is not an actual driver vehicle type. N1 is the Irish goods-vehicle class with maximum mass not exceeding 3,500 kg. The menu labels are operational size/body descriptions, not additional legal classes. Actual plated mass, available payload, cargo dimensions, equipment and compliance must be checked separately.
